Do you hold my funds?
No. Since August 2026 Nuxaris is fully non-custodial: your Canton key is created inside your browser, encrypted behind your own password and never transmitted. The server builds transactions and submits them, but only your browser can sign one.
How long does it take?
Half of all direct orders settle in about 20 seconds and leaving Canton is the fastest direction of all. Arriving takes longer, because an inbound order waits on the source chain's confirmations first. Private routes go through an exchange and take 20 to 40 minutes depending on the chain. Bitcoin is the slow one, for the same reason.
What does it cost?
Direct routes charge a flat 0.10% and nothing else. Private routes charge 0.25% plus the exchange's trading fee and the destination network's fixed withdrawal fee. Every one of those lines is itemised on screen before you confirm. There is no spread hidden in the rate.
What can I swap?
Canton Coin, cBTC and cBNB on Canton, plus ETH on Ethereum and Base, SOL on Solana, BNB on BNB Chain and BTC on Bitcoin. Any supported pair goes in both directions and Canton Coin trades against cBTC and cBNB on Canton itself: one ledger transaction, no chain to cross.
What is cBNB?
BNB on Canton, backed 1:1 by BNB. Bridge BNB to cBNB and back at 1:1, swap it against Canton Coin or move it to Solana and Base. It is an asset Nuxaris supports and it works everywhere in the app: Wallet, Bridge and Trade.
Is there a KYC check?
There is none. You need an invite code to sign up and an email to receive it. Nothing else is asked of you.
What happens if something goes wrong mid-order?
Orders are monitored end to end and retried automatically. A deposit that arrives on a stale address is detected and returned. If a route cannot be served at all, the order expires before anything is taken.
